UbiquiSTAT Room Controls
Make life easier with the most versatile BACnet room controller for Niagara Framework® and Ubiquity Cloud platforms
When deploying BACnet in light commercial buildings like retail, banking, restaurants, schools, and other multi-site enterprises, the UbiquiSTAT delivers a simple, application-specific approach for RTUs, AHUs, and zoning systems.
Just four models address most applications and are available in wired or wireless configurations, with or without onboard humidity control.
When paired with Jace, JENEsys, and other BACnet master controllers, our BTL-certified UbiquiSTATs simplify system design, parts selection, and support. This has helped them become the go-to replacement for other BACnet controls that can be more difficult to commission, program, configure, and maintain.
As you would expect from TCS, UbiquiSTATs work seamlessly with our Ubiquity Cloud EMS, as well as all our application and building controllers.
And because UbiquiSTATs are built in the U.S., you avoid potential supply chain challenges while supporting an American manufacturing workforce.

Model Number Definitions: A Key to Understanding UbiquiSTAT Model Numbers
TCS offers 16 different UbiquiSTAT versions based on four models: the US4010, US4020, US4040, and US4050. Each model in the series is available with optional wireless communication capability and an onboard humidity sensor for managing dehumidification sequences.
