Java 7 & 8 Software Developer

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with an information technology focus
  • 3 ~ 5 years of experience programming in Java in a team-oriented environment
  • Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming design and development
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and writing SQL
  • Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills
  • Desire and willingness to learn new technology and tools
  • Ability to set/achieve short term goals in a long term project
  • Ability to plan, design and code on modular basis in team coordinated environment
  • Motivation to produce results in a time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to follow established software coding and documentation procedures

Additional Qualifications:

IT Support Technician

Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as first line support for all internal IT
  • Desktop support - hardware, applications, and OS (mostly Windows, some Linux)
  • Supporting other peripherals (printers, phones, cameras, etc.)
  • Managing and testing of backups and internal disaster recovery plans
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of professional experience managing desktop/laptop systems
  • Network troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to independently research & troubleshoot issues
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Samba, Active Directory, LDAP
  • Linux administration
  • Bash, Python, git
  • VoIP/Asterisk, G Suite
Additional Qualifications:

Embedded C Firmware Engineer

Responsibilities include:
  • Designs and develops embedded software coding in C for automation controllers (Building Automation and IOT), including develop modules and extending the current code base
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineers/teams to define and deliver world class products
  • Creates detailed designs and specifications documents that meet requirements
  • Create user stories based on design and specifications
  • Develop and execute tests that prove that the design and implementation meet the system requirements in the specification
  • Carefully tracks development progress to expectations and drives hard to meet scheduled deadlines
  • Takes accountability for meeting commitments and deadlines and takes responsibility for technical excellence and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in C is required with an emphasis on embedded architectures
  • 5 - 7 years of firmware development experience, with the most recent 5 years working experience must be applicable to embedded firmware product development experience with an emphasis on the analysis, design, implementation and testing of systems using engineering best practices
  • Proficiency in internetworking protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, RS-485,USB )
  • Expertise developing and debugging software on a variety of microprocessors (8,16 & 32-bit) and microcontrollers with hands-on experience using the applicable tools – emulators, logic analyzers, scopes, protocol analyzers, debuggers
  • Working knowledge of misra C guidelines (best practices)
  • In-depth knowledge of RTOS
  • Understanding of source control, parallel development and release management techniques
Additional Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Wireless technologies and Mesh technologies

Sales Executive - Contractor and National Accounts

As a key member of our national account sales team, the successful candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of selling enterprise class hardware and cloud-based energy management solutions to large companies and regional contractors.

Key requirements:
  • High energy and highly motivated sales professional, driven to close opportunities.
  • Experience with competitive marketing and pricing dynamics a plus.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with basic desktop productivity applications.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software technologies and similar services.
  • Ability to learn new technology processes and terminology.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, requiring individual initiative and decision-making, as well as constant juggling of priorities.
  • 5+ years experience in high tech enterprise software sales, product marketing or related field.
  • B.A. / B.S. from a 4-year institution or equivalent experience.
