TCS provides a three-year warranty on parts we manufacture, and a one-year workmanship warranty on turnkey projects (from date of installation.)

Absolutely! We have a line of legacy thermostats that are available as special orders. If you need help selecting the appropriate device, contact our Sales Department and they’ll gladly help you out!

TCS is registered to charge sales tax in most states where there is a state sales tax. It is included on orders being shipped to those locations.

We can work with any organizations that utilize AI for providing you with AI-based analytics. Our Ubiquity Cloud web-based EMS provides customers with extensive data points that are ideal for use in AI analytics. If you have a source, we will work with them to get you what you need.

You sure can! Call 800.288.9383, Option 1, to speak to a Sales Representative who will take your order over a secure, un-recorded line to complete the credit card transaction.

You can contact our Sales Department to request a copy of your invoice or you can email the your request directly to our Accounting Department.
